From start to finish, our story is about helping local businesses reach their goals and solve their problems.
Our business started off as a collaboration between Titus Hobbs and Dave Kauffman. As a renowned Business Coach, Dave has coached thousands of small businesses in finding freedom as a business owner by becoming better leaders and unlocking their God-given potential. As his clients experienced growth and success, the obvious question became; what next?? The power and necessity of online marketing was an obvious next step in reaching that next level of success and we were looking for an answer.
That’s when he decided to partner with Titus Hobbs. With a degree in Marketing, Titus had been working with small businesses in Online Marketing for over 10 years and with well over 200 clients. With his experience, he was able to figure out what makes Online Marketing successful. And more importantly, what to avoid when advertising online. Dave and Titus’ partnership has brought the perfect solution to our client’s marketing needs.
We work with businesses of all types in order to help them expand their reach to potential clients and customers in their area. Our primary focus is working with Amish and Mennonite businesses that are in need of full-service Online Marketing. The range of needs our clients have is full-scale and varies from basic online advertising all the way to full-service lead management and web design.
Our goal is to work with each one of our clients to reach their goals of growing their business. As part of our commitment we will not work with more than 11 clients per employee with our business. We believe that each of our clients deserves individual care and attention that you won’t find with other large marketing firms. At the age of 14, while working for a small business, I discovered my passion for Marketing. This passion led to a life-long pursuit of experience and education to perfect my marketing knowledge. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working for Thryv, an Industry Leading Marketing & Software company. During my time there, I helped over 200 clients reach their marketing goals.

What’s with the name?
You may be wondering why we went with the name Pudgy Squirrel. Well, we’re glad you asked!
So you want to know; what does a Pudgy Squirrel have to do with Marketing? In fact, you might even be wondering, what does Pudgy even mean??
Well, the answer is simple. Each summer and fall, one of the most common sights is that of a squirrel preparing for the oncoming onslaught of winter. The squirrel has no knowledge of how difficult or easy the oncoming winter might be. It simply knows that it has to prepare for whatever comes it’s way.
So the squirrel begins to gather in nuts and seeds and prep for whatever is coming their way. The sign of a well-prepared squirrel is one that has an overabundance of preparation and supplies stored up. This preparation has led to a squirrel that is Pudgy and Prepared and can survive any onslaught the winter might throw their way.
This approach is what we provide for our clients! In today’s world, you never know what’s just around the corner for your business. We’ve seen firsthand the challenges that businesses have had to navigate the past few years with Covid and a rapidly fluctuating economy. Our clients are important to us and we want them to experience growth and success, regardless of the climate around them.
